In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (hereinafter the Code), Cube Engineering Srl (hereinafter the Company) wishes to provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data, understanding that by visiting the website academy.cubeng.eu (hereinafter the Site), you acknowledge and accept, as necessary, the procedures described in this Privacy Policy.
It is noted that the Site academy.cubeng.eu pertains to the company Cube Engineering Srl, which owns it.
Purpose of Processing. Personal Data Subject to Processing
The processing of personal data you provide to the Company is aimed at achieving the following purposes:
1. Purposes related to the purchase of products, upon completion of the registration form available on the Site.
2. Compliance with legal obligations, regulations, or community legislation.
PLACE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The processing related to the services of the Website takes place at the headquarters of Cube Engineering Srl and is handled only by personnel authorized to process, or by any parties in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
Data from the Site may be communicated to the technological and instrumental partners utilized by the Controller for the provision of services requested by users. Personal data provided by users who submit requests for information (sending of informational material, responses to queries, etc.) or other communications (e.g., orders) are also made available to third parties appointed as Data Processors and used solely to execute the requested service or performance, and only when necessary for this purpose.
Processing Methods. Security Measures
The processing of your personal data may consist, in addition to collection, of registration, storage, modification, communication, and deletion. The processing may also be carried out with or without the use of electronic tools by specifically appointed personnel. Data will be stored in paper and/or electronic/informatics/optical form for the time strictly necessary to satisfy the purposes outlined in the paragraph “Purpose of Processing.” Personal data subject to processing will be handled in compliance with current regulations. Regarding your personal data, the Company will adopt all suitable measures to guarantee its security and confidentiality, in accordance with applicable regulations. Specifically, all technical, IT, organizational, logistical, and procedural security measures will be adopted, as established by the Code, to ensure the minimum level of data protection required by current regulations.
Mandatory or Optional Nature of Data Provision
Providing your data for the purpose listed in point 1 of the “Purpose of Processing” paragraph is optional, but failure to provide them may make it impossible to deliver the requested services. According to Article 24, paragraph 1, letter b, of the Code, we do not require your consent to process your personal data for these purposes since such data is necessary to fulfill obligations arising from a contract to which the data subject is a party and/or to comply with specific requests of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract. Providing your data for the purpose listed in point 2 of the “Purpose of Processing” paragraph is mandatory; failure to provide them would prevent the Controller from fulfilling obligations established by law, regulation, or community legislation. It should be noted that according to Article 24, paragraph 1, letter a, of the Code, consent is not required for the processing of your personal data for these purposes.
Rights of the Data Subject
According to Article 7 of the Code:
- The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
- The data subject has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools
d) of the identifying details of the data controller, of the processors, and of the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, of processors or persons in charge. - The data subject has the right to obtain
a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of the data
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those of which retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right. - The data subject has the right to oppose, in whole or in part
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection
b) the processing of personal data concerning them for the purposes of sending advertising material or for direct sales or for the completion of market research or commercial communication. - The rights mentioned above may be exercised either directly or through a designated representative, in the forms provided for in Articles 8 and 9 of the Code.

Payment Data
Regarding payment data, Cube Engineering Srl only receives information from digital payment companies and credit card processing institutions regarding the status of the payment (successful/declined). All details related to prepaid cards (like PayPal) or credit cards are stored by the entities managing the respective service, which are not authorized to use the personal data received via academy.cubeng.eu for other purposes.
The Privacy Policy of Cube Engineering Srl aims to describe how and what data is collected and how and why Cube Engineering Srl uses the personal data of the User. It also describes the options that Cube Engineering Srl offers to access, update, or otherwise take control of the personal data of the User processed by Cube Engineering Srl.

What information do we collect?
Cube Engineering Srl collects data in order to provide the best possible experience when using its Services. Many of the data considered personal will be collected directly from the User when the User:

Data on the use of Services is collected automatically when the User uses or interacts with Cube Engineering Srl services, including metadata, login files, cookie/device IDs, and location information. This information includes specific data on the User’s interactions with the functions, content, and links (including those from third parties, such as social media plugins) contained in the Services: the IP address (Internet Protocol), the type and settings of the browser, the date and time of use of the Services, information on browser configuration and plugins, language preferences and cookie data, information about devices accessing the Services, including device type, operating system used, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers, and error data, and some of this data collected may be able to approximate the User’s location and be used to do so.
How Cube Engineering Srl uses the data.
We firmly believe in minimizing the amount of data we collect and limiting its use and purpose only

(2) as necessary to provide the Products and Services that the User has purchased or interacts with, or
(3) if we are required to do so or if permitted for legal compliance or other legal obligations.
These uses include:
Providing, improving, updating, and enhancing the Services that Cube Engineering Srl provides to the User. Cube Engineering Srl collects various information related to the purchase, use, and/or interactions of the User with Cube Engineering Srl Services. Cube Engineering Srl uses this information to:

The user can also update subscription preferences regarding receiving communications from us and/or our partners by accessing their account and visiting the account settings page.
If information related to the user is collected as part of a co-branding offer, it will be clearly indicated at the time of collection who is acquiring the information and what privacy policy is applicable. Additionally, the options offered to the user regarding the use and/or sharing of personal data that identifies users between Cube Engineering Srl and the co-branding partner will be described, as well as how to exercise those options.
If the User uses a service that allows importing contacts (for example, using email marketing services to send emails on behalf of the User), Cube Engineering Srl will use the contacts and any other personal information solely for the requested service. Transfer of personal data abroad.
If the User uses the service from a country different from that where the servers of Cube Engineering Srl are located, communications with Cube Engineering Srl may involve the transfer of personal data across national borders.
In compliance with requests under law or regulations or from law enforcement, Cube Engineering Srl collaborates with officials from public entities and law enforcement and private entities to ensure compliance with and adherence to legal standards. Web data analysis.
Cube Engineering Srl uses multiple web data analysis tools provided by service partners such as Google Analytics, to collect information about interactions with the website, including pages visited, the site visited before Cube Engineering Srl’s site, the time spent on each page, the operating system and web browser used, and information on networks and IP. Cube Engineering Srl uses the information provided by these tools to improve the Services provided. These tools place persistent cookies in the User’s browser to identify the User as a unique user the next time they visit the Cube Engineering Srl website. Email Newsletter
Cube Engineering Srl occasionally sends emails to update its customers who have opted into the newsletter upon registration, providing their consent.
In each email sent, there is always the option to update preferences or completely unsubscribe from this service.
Cube Engineering Srl is responsible for the processing of personal data received, as established by European Privacy Regulations, which it subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. How the User can access, update, or delete their data.

If the User makes a request to delete their personal data and such data is necessary for the products or Services purchased by the User, the request will only be fulfilled if such data is no longer necessary for the purchased Services or is no longer required for Cube Engineering Srl’s legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal or contractual data retention requirements.

How we keep the User’s data secure, stored, and retained.
Cube Engineering Srl follows generally accepted standards for storing and protecting the personal data it collects, both during transmission and once received and stored, including the use of encryption where necessary.
Cube Engineering Srl retains personal data only for the time necessary to provide the requested Services and subsequently for a series of legitimate legal or business purposes. These may include retention periods:
